"INDIANAPOLIS—More than 850 Indiana tech and community leaders celebrated at the industry's premier awards event Saturday. Among the big winners at TechPoint's Mira Awards were Carmel-based DemandJump LLC, which earned Innovation of the Year and New Startup of the Year honors, and Indianapolis-based Appirio, which was named Tech Company of the Year.
The winners were chosen from among 98 individual, product and company nominations in 14 categories. Honors announced before Saturday's event included Salesforce Marketing Cloud Chief Executive Officer Scott McCorkle as the Trailblazer in Technology and former Speakeasy Executive Director Denver Hutt, who was named Community Champion of the Year in memoriam."
